DEFINITIONS

The Client: The recipient of the service.

The Company: Kristina Gasperas Academy Ltd

TERMS

Membership of the Kristina Gasperas Online Academy is per person, rather than per team or salon.

The Online Academy content is for Clients with an active subscription only and must not be downloaded, reproduced, filmed or broadcast in any way without express permission of the Company.

Membership fees are debited either monthly or annually via a recurring payment set up during the registration process until cancelled by the Client or revoked by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to cancel a Client’s access to the Online Academy‘s webpages and private Facebook Group but will only do so on reasonable grounds and having firstly informed the Client. Refunds are not available should this happen part-way through a monthly billing cycle.

The client’s billing cycle starts on the day of the month or year that the initial payment was made.

Membership cancellation can be performed by the Client in their user profile's "Settings" section within the Online Academy's secure webpages. The Client will only be able to access the Online Academy‘s secure webpages and Private Facebook Group until the end of their final billing cycle.

Refunds are only available for Online Academy membership fees if the Company has not been able to provide these services fully within a reasonable time to the Client. Any other refunds offered are at the discretion of the Company.

The Company is not responsible if the Client’s internet connection or IT equipment is not of a standard which would enable them to view the online content satisfactorily, nor if the Client is located in a country where access to the Online Academy's webpages is restricted. These are not grounds for a refund.

Only one personal Facebook profile can be accepted into the Online Academy’s Facebook Group per membership.

Prices for products and services are subject to change without notice.

The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue a service (or any part or content thereof) at any time without notice.

The Company is VAT registered in the UK, our UK VAT registration number is GB328002831. VAT at 20% is included in all of the quoted prices, where UK VAT is applicable. Our prices are not reduced for transactions where UK VAT is not applicable. A 20% discount is automatically offered to Clients whose transactions are subject to UK VAT, before the VAT is added on to the transaction.
